1. This is a Barbeque Nation GV (Gift Voucher)/GC (Gift Card), and it can be redeemed at all PAN India Barbeque Nation restaurants except Kolhapur. For the list of restaurants, please visit https://www.barbequenation.com/restaurants.
2. Gift Vouchers CAN be clubbed with existing offers
3. The guest should present the GV/GC to the restaurant concierge at the time of entry for a seamless experience.
4. This GV/GC does not imply confirmation of booking. Prior booking through Barbeque Nation App/Web is required for a hassle-free experience.
5. The GV/GC is applicable for Dine-in only.
6. The holder of the GV/GC is deemed to be the beneficiary. The guest is advised to retain the GV/GC details safely and share the GV/GC code responsibly.
7. The GV/GC is valid for one-time redemption only. The GV/GC CANNOT be revalidated once expired or canceled under any circumstances.
8. If the bill exceeds the GV/GC value, the additional amount needs to be paid by the guest.
9. Guests will not be entitled for any cashback/refund in case the bill value is less than the GV/GC value.
10. GV/GCs are non-refundable, may not be exchanged, transferred, or resold, and may not be redeemed for cash.
11. Barbeque Nation/GyFTR is not responsible if the GV/GC is lost, stolen, or used without permission.
12. Barbeque Nation Management reserves the right to identify the authenticity of the GV/GC in case of any dispute.
13. The restaurant reserves Right to Admission.
14. Government Taxes and Service Charges as applicable.
15. In case a restaurant is non-operational due to government restrictions, political unrest, structural safety precautions, etc., the guest is requested to make alternate bookings.
16. GV/GC will not be valid on 26th January, 15th August, 25th December, 31st December, and 1st January.
17. Barbeque Nation/GyFTR reserves the right to withdraw, modify, cancel, or change the offer at any point without prior notice and at its sole discretion.
