Beer Cafe

1. This is a The Beer Cafe GV (Gift Voucher)/e-Pay that will be accepted at the listed retail stores/outlets.
2. The holder of the GV/e-Pay is deemed to be the beneficiary.
3. Do inform the cashier that you plan to use the GV/e-Pay for making payments before billing.
4. The GV/e-Pay cannot be clubbed with ongoing promotions at the outlet.
5. The GV can be converted into e-Pay as per the holder's convenience.
6. The GV/e-Pay balance cannot be transferred to another e-Pay account, exchanged for cash, or any other form of currency.
7. The e-Pay balance must be linked to the registered mobile number.
8. After conversion into e-Pay balance, this GV is valid for partial redemption. The balance would remain in the e-Pay balance and can be used for multiple transactions within the validity period.
9. The GV/e-Pay can be used for all purchases of products and services at The Beer Cafe outlets.
10. Only valid The Beer Cafe GV/e-Pay at the sole discretion of The Beer Cafe shall be accepted for redemption.
11. Multiple GVs can be clubbed and added to the e-Pay balance.
12. The GV/e-Pay CANNOT be revalidated once expired or canceled under any circumstances.
13. The GV/e-Pay is non-refundable, may not be exchanged, transferred, or resold, and may not be redeemed for cash.
14. Only the listed outlets at its sole discretion accept the GV/e-Pay. The Beer Cafe may add or remove an outlet without giving any prior notice.
15. The Beer Cafe makes full efforts to accept GV/e-Pay, but on account of any technical/administrative reasons an outlet may refuse to accept the same.
16. The Beer Cafe GV/e-Pay cannot be redeemed on specific block out dates — 25th Dec, 31st Dec, 1st Jan and 14th Feb.
17. Any dispute related to the GV/e-Pay should be referred to the issuing company and the decision of the issuing company shall be final.
18. The Beer Cafe/GyFTR is not responsible if the GV/e-Pay is lost, stolen, or used without permission.
19. If GV/e-Pay gets blocked on account of a technical issue, it will be enabled in 72 hours.
20. The Beer Cafe/GyFTR reserves the right to withdraw, modify, cancel, or change the offer at any point without prior notice and at its sole discretion.

• Gift Vouchers/e-Pay CANNOT be used Online.
• Gift Vouchers/e-Pay CANNOT be clubbed with offers.
• Gift Voucher CAN be used multiple times once converted to e-Pay balance.
• Multiple Gift Vouchers CAN be combined & added to e-Pay balance.

Redeem Steps

1. Visit the listed outlet.
2. Order food & enjoy your meal!
3. Provide the Gift Voucher to the cashier at the time of billing & pay remaining amount by card or cash if required.
