Cafe Delhi Heights

1. This is a Cafe Delhi Heights GV (Gift Voucher)/e-Pay that will be accepted at the listed restaurants/outlets.
2. The holder of the GV/e-Pay is deemed to be the beneficiary.
3. The GV/e-Pay cannot be clubbed with ongoing promotions/Loyalty cards/offers at the outlet and the other properties i.e. (Zomato, Dineout, Easy Diner & others).
4. GV/e-Pay is not applicable on alcoholic beverages.
5. The GV can be converted into e-Pay as per the holder's convenience.
6. The e-Pay balance must be linked to the registered mobile number.
7. After conversion into e-Pay balance, this GV is valid for partial redemption. The balance would remain in the e-Pay balance and can be used for multiple transactions within the validity period.
8. The GV/e-Pay balance cannot be transferred to another e-Pay account, exchanged for cash, or any other form of currency.
9. The GV/e-Pay can be used for all purchases of products and services at the Cafe Delhi Heights restaurants.
10. Only valid Cafe Delhi Heights GV/e-Pay at the sole discretion of Cafe Delhi Heights shall be accepted for redemption.
11. More than one GV/e-Pay can be used in one bill.
12. The GV/e-Pay CANNOT be revalidated once expired or canceled under any circumstances.
13. Cafe Delhi Heights GV/e-Pay cannot be redeemed on specific block out dates including 25th Dec, 31st Dec, 1st Jan and 14th Feb.
14. Only the listed outlets at their sole discretion accept the GV/e-Pay. Cafe Delhi Heights may add or remove an outlet without giving any prior notice.
15. Cafe Delhi Heights makes full efforts to accept GV/e-Pay, but on account of any technical/administrative reasons an outlet may refuse to accept the same.
16. Any dispute related to the GV/e-Pay should be referred to the issuing company and the decision of the issuing company shall be final.
17. Cafe Delhi Heights/GyFTR is not responsible if the GV/e-Pay is lost, stolen, or used without permission.
18. If GV/e-Pay gets blocked on account of a technical issue, it will be enabled in 72 hours.
19. Cafe Delhi Heights/GyFTR reserves the right to withdraw, modify, cancel, or change the offer at any point without prior notice and at its sole discretion.
20. The GV/e-Pay is non-refundable, may not be exchanged, transferred, or resold, and may not be redeemed for cash.

• Gift Voucher CAN be used multiple times once converted to e-Pay balance.
• Multiple Gift Vouchers CAN be combined & added to e-Pay balance.

Redeem Steps

1. Visit the listed Café Delhi Heights restaurant that accepts the Gift Voucher. Inform the cashier about the Gift Voucher before ordering food.
2. Order food & enjoy your meal!
3. Provide the Gift Voucher to the cashier at the time of billing & pay the remaining amount by card or cash if any.
