DOMINO'S

1. This is a Domino’s Pizza GV (Gift Voucher)/e-Pay that will be accepted only on the Domino's India Mobile APP. GV/e-Pay cannot be redeemed directly at the Domino’s outlet.
2. The person who has the GV/e-Pay is deemed to be the beneficiary.
3. Multiple GVs can be used in one bill/transaction.
4. Partial activation is not allowed. This GV/e-Pay can be activated only once & is not reloadable/ cannot be revalidated.
5. In case the value of the product/items exceeds the value of GV/e-Pay, the difference shall be paid by the customer.
6. GV/e-Pay cannot be exchanged for cash/gift cards/credit notes.
7. Once the GV gets added to the e-Pay balance, it can be utilized till the balance gets exhausted or expires. No credit note or refund for the unused balance amount will be given.
8. The GV/e-Pay can be clubbed with the existing offers. GV/e-Pay cannot be redeemed on specific block-out dates as may be intimated /updated by Jubilant FoodWorks Ltd./ Domino’s on its website from time to time.
9. The GV can be converted into e-Pay as per the holder's convenience.
10. The GV/e-Pay balance cannot be transferred to another e-Pay account, exchanged for cash, or converted into any other form of currency.
11. The e-Pay balance must be linked to the registered mobile number.
12. After conversion into e-Pay balance, this GV is valid for partial redemption. The balance would remain in the e-Pay balance and can be used for multiple transactions within the validity period.
13. Only valid GV/e-Pay at the sole discretion of Jubilant FoodWorks Ltd./ Domino’s shall be accepted for redemption.
14. Jubilant FoodWorks Ltd./Domino’s may add or delete any date(s)/period(s) at its sole discretion without any liability.
15. Any dispute related to the GV/e-Pay should be referred to Jubilant FoodWorks Ltd./ Domino’s, and the decision of Jubilant FoodWorks Ltd / Domino’s shall be final. In case of any legal disputes, the courts in Delhi shall have the exclusive jurisdiction.
16. Jubilant FoodWorks Ltd./Domino’s shall, on a best effort basis, attempt to accept GV/e-Pay, but on account of any technical reason or for any reason beyond its control, Domino’s, GV/e-Pay may not get accepted on the website, and Domino’s shall have no liability for the same.
17. If a GV/e-Pay gets blocked on account of a technical issue, it would get enabled in 72 hours. In case of transaction failures after GV/e-Pay is applied, the amount would be automatically refunded to the same cards within 48 hours.
18. If an order is placed successfully but the customer does not receive the benefit against the order/order gets cancelled by Domino's, then the customer will need to reach out to the issuing authority. Based on validation from Domino’s, the transaction reversal will then be processed manually.
19. Jubilant FoodWorks Ltd./Domino’s reserves the right to edit/change the terms and conditions for the GV/e-Pay at any time without any notice or liability.
20. Jubilant FoodWorks Ltd./Domino’s has the final authority on the interpretation of these rules.
21. Jubilant FoodWorks Ltd./Domino’s reserves the right to withdraw GV/e-Pay scheme/offer before the completion of the validity period without any notice or liability at its sole discretion.
22. Jubilant FoodWorks Ltd./Domino’s reserves the right to deny accepting any GV/e-Pay if it suspects that there is duplicity of cards.
23. In no event shall the liability of Jubilant FoodWorks Ltd./Domino’s for any claims exceed the value of the GV/e-Pay in dispute.
24. The GV/e-Pay CANNOT be revalidated once expired or canceled under any circumstances.
25. Jubilant FoodWorks Ltd./Domino’s is not responsible if the GV/e-Pay is lost, stolen, or used without permission.

Important Instructions

• Gift Vouchers/e-Pay CAN only be used on the Domino's India mobile app.
• Gift Vouchers/e-Pay CAN be clubbed with existing offers.
• Multiple Gift Vouchers CAN be combined & added to e-Pay balance.
• Only one Gift Voucher CAN be used per bill.
• Gift Voucher CAN be used multiple times once converted to e-Pay balance.

Redeem Steps

1. Open the GyFTR ePay app, add the voucher to your ePay balance, tap Redeem ePay, enter the amount, and confirm the redemption.
2. Your unique custom ePay code will be generated.
3. Open the Domino's app, select your product and add it to the cart, go to the cart to view payment options, and choose Gift Card / e-Voucher to enter the voucher code.
4. If any balance remains after applying the voucher, select Pay in Cash to complete the payment.
