2. It cannot be cancelled/blocked once issued under any circumstances.
3. For offline redemption, users are required to add their GV/GC to their e-Pay wallet balance via https://brandpts.com/login before going to the cash counter.
4. The user with the GV/e-Pay is deemed the beneficiary.
5. The GV/e-Pay can be clubbed with the existing offers on their website.
6. The GV can be converted into e-Pay, as per the convenience of the holder.
7. The e-Pay balance must be linked to the registered mobile number.
8. After conversion into e-Pay balance, this GV is valid for partial redemption. The balance would remain in the e-Pay balance and can be used for multiple transactions within the validity period.
9. The GV/e-Pay balance cannot be transferred to another e-Pay account, exchanged for cash, or any other form of currency.
