1. This is a Columbia Sports GV(Gift Voucher)/e-Pay, and can be redeemed at all the listed retail outlets of Columbia Sports owned by Chogori India Retail Limited (CIRL).
2. The person who has the GV/e-Pay is deemed to be the beneficiary.
3. Once the GV/GC has been added to the e-Pay, it can be redeemed only at the Columbia Sports Outlet and not on the Website.
4. The GV can be converted into e-Pay as per the holder's convenience.
5. Multiple GV/GCs can be combined and added to the e-Pay balance.
6. The GV/e-Pay balance cannot be transferred to another e-Pay account, exchanged for cash, or converted into any other form of currency.
7. The e-Pay balance must be linked to the registered mobile number.
8. After conversion into e-Pay balance, this GV is valid for partial redemption. The balance would remain in the e-Pay balance and can be used for multiple transactions within the validity period.
9. The GV/e-Pay can be clubbed with any one of the existing offers.
10. The GV/e-Pay cannot be redeemed on specific blackout dates as may be intimated/updated by Columbia Sports on its website from time to time. Columbia Sports may add or delete any date(s)/period(s) at its sole discretion without any liability.
11. Columbia Sports is not responsible if the GV/e-Pay is lost, stolen, or used without permission.
12. Only valid GV/e-Pay at the sole discretion of Columbia Sports shall be accepted for redemption.
13. The GV/e-Pay CANNOT be revalidated once expired or canceled under any circumstances.
14. Columbia Sports/GyFTR is not responsible if the GV/e-Pay is lost, stolen, or used without permission.
15. If GV/e-Pay gets blocked on account of a technical issue, it will be enabled in 72 hours. In case of transaction failures after GV/e-Pay is applied, the amount would be automatically refunded to the same cards within 48 hours.
16. Any dispute should be referred to the company from which the GV/e-Pay has been received, and the company's decision shall be final.
17. Columbia Sports/GyFTR reserves the right to withdraw, modify, cancel, or change the offer at any point without prior notice and at its sole discretion.

Redeem Steps

1. Share the registered mobile number with the cashier, once products are scanned for invoicing by the cashier. Cashier to inform the available Gift Voucher and its balance.
2. Customer to confirm the amount to be used for redemption and proceed further for balance payment, if any.
3. Cashier to proceed with invoicing.
