- Gift Vouchers are ACCEPTED at Listed Fastrack Outlets only.
- Gift Vouchers CANNOT be used Online.
- Gift Vouchers CANNOT be used to buy discounted products.
- Up to 5 Gift Vouchers CAN be used in one bill.
- Gift Voucher CANNOT be used multiple times.
Terms
1. This is a Fastrack Bags GV/GC (Gift Voucher/GiftCard), and it’s redeemable at all the listed Fastrack stores only.
2. The person having the GV/GC is deemed to be the beneficiary.
3. Beneficiary should announce the intent of using the GV/GC before making a purchase.
4. Only valid GV/GCs at the sole discretion of TITAN shall be accepted for redemption.
5. A Maximum of 5 GV/GCs can be clubbed for a single purchase.
6. This is a one-time use GV/GC. The remaining balance in the GV/GC will be forfeited once the card is redeemed.
7. The GV/GC cannot be clubbed with the existing offers.
8. GV/GCs are non-refundable, may not be exchanged, transferred, or resold, and may not be redeemed for cash or revalidated once expired.
9. TITAN/GyFTR is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen GV/GCs.
10. The Brand may ask for a valid Government identity proof at the time of redeeming the GV/GC.
11. The GV/GC is not a legal tender or replacement for a debit/credit card.
12. The GV/GC is valid for all the products available on the listed Fastrack stores.
13. TITAN may choose not to honor the offer if there is any suspicion of misuse or abuse of the offer, and we are not required to explain such cases.
14. TITAN/GyFTR reserves the right to change, cancel, or update any of the terms and conditions of this offer and add or remove an outlet from the listed outlets at any time without giving any prior notice.
15. TITAN makes full efforts to accept GV/GC, but on account of any technical/administrative reasons, an outlet may refuse to accept a GV/GC.
16. This GV/GC cannot be redeemed on specific block-out dates. TITAN may add or delete any date at its sole discretion.
17. TITAN or any of its partners would not be liable for any form of compensation etc on account of an outlet not being able to accept the GV/GC. The customer would be liable to settle the Invoice.
18. If a GV/GC gets blocked on account of a technical issue, the GV/GC would be usable only after 72 hours.
19. Any dispute should be referred to the company from which the GV/GC has been received; the decision of the company shall be final.
