1. This is a French Accent GV (Gift Voucher)/e-Pay that will be accepted only on getfrenchaccent.com, and it can be used for all purchases of products and services on the French Accent website.
2. The user with the GV/e-Pay is deemed the beneficiary.
3. The GV/e-Pay cannot be cancelled/blocked once issued under any circumstances.
4. The GV can be converted into e-Pay at the convenience of the holder.
9. GV/e-Pay cannot be transferred to another e-Pay account, exchanged for cash, or any other form of currency.
7. The e-Pay balance must be linked to the registered mobile number.
5. After conversion into e-Pay balance, it is valid for partial redemption. The balance would remain in the e-pay balance and can be used for multiple transactions within the validity period.
6. Only valid GV/e-Pay at the sole discretion of French Accent shall be accepted for redemption.
8. The GV/e-Pay CANNOT be revalidated once expired or canceled under any circumstances.

11. In case of a technical issue leading to the blockage of GV/e-Pay, it shall be reactivated within 72 hours.
13. Any dispute should be referred to the company from which the GV/e-Pay has been received, and the company’s decision shall be final.
14. French Accent/GyFTR reserves the right to withdraw, modify, cancel, or change the offer at any point without prior notice and at its sole discretion.
