LENSKART

1. This is a Lenskart GV/GC (Gift Voucher/Gift Card), and it can be redeemed at the Lenskart-approved platforms, i.e., Lenskart website: www.lenskart.com, app, or offline stores and offline stores/websites/apps of Lenskart affiliates (Platform).
2. The holder of the GV/GC is deemed to be the beneficiary.
3. The GV/GC can be clubbed with existing offers on its website/app/store.
4. GV/GCs can only be redeemed by adding the code to the Lenskart Wallet via the app or website.
5. Once activated, the membership cannot be transferred to another user.
6. The GV/GC issued by Lenskart shall be governed by the applicable terms here.
7. The purchaser of GV/GC may add the Gift Card to the Lenskart Money balance via the Claim option available on the Lenskart APP.
8. GV/GC cannot be used for branded contact lenses, including but not limited to Bausch + Lomb, Johnson & Johnson, Alcon, Freshlook, and Acuvue. Excluded brands may be updated by Lenskart from time to time.
9. GV/GC can only be used for Aqualens contact lenses on Lenskart's website, app, offline stores, and affiliate platforms.
10. Multiple Gift Cards can be loaded into Lenskart Money Balance via the Claim Option. The maximum amount that can be accumulated via Gift cards is INR 1,00,000. The balance uploaded can be redeemed against the purchase of any product on Lenskart.
11. GV/GCs are non-refundable, may not be exchanged, transferred, or resold, and may not be redeemed for cash.
12. In cases where the Lenskart order is canceled, the GV/GC amount shall be refunded to the source gift card account with its original expiry.
13. GyFTR/Lenskart is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen GV/GCs.
14. GyFTR/Lenskart India reserves the right to add, alter, amend, and revise the terms and conditions without prior notice, and without assigning any reasons.
15. Lenskart also reserves the right to cancel the GV/GC if the same is purchased with fraudulent means and/or the beneficiary/know-your-customer (KYC) details are found to be incorrect or insufficient as per RBI guidelines.
16. The purchaser of the GV/GC agrees and understands that the GV/GC is a pre-paid payment instrument subject to regulation by RBI under PPI Master Directions.
17. Under the RBI guidelines, Lenskart may be required to share KYC details of the purchaser of the GV/GC or any other information about the purchase of the GV/GC or transaction undertaken using the GV/GC with RBI or such statutory authorities. Lenskart may contact the purchaser of the GV/GC for any such information.
18. In the event of any conflict in the terms regarding GV/GC captured here under these Terms and any other terms made available to the purchaser of the GV/GC via Platform, these Terms shall prevail.
19. These terms are governed by the laws in India, all disputes arising out of or in connection with this scheme are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi only.
20. Any dispute related to the GV/GC should be referred to the issuing company, and the decision of the issuing company shall be final.
21. Lenskart reserves the right to deny accepting any GV/GC if it suspects that there is a duplication of cards.

Important Instructions

• Gift Vouchers are ACCEPTED at Listed Lenskart Outlets.
• Gift Vouchers CAN be used on the Lenskart website and app.
• Gift Vouchers CAN be used to buy discounted products.
• Gift Vouchers CANNOT be used for branded contact lenses (only Aqualens lenses allowed).
• Gift Voucher CAN be used multiple times once added to Lenskart Money.
• Multiple Gift Vouchers up to Rs. 1,00,000 CAN be combined & added to Lenskart Money.

Redeem Steps

1. Go to "My Profile" and select "Claim Gift Card.
2. Enter the gift card code and PIN, then click the "Claim Gift Card" button.
3. A confirmation page appears, verifying that the gift card has been successfully added to your balance.
4. The gift card balance is displayed on the payment page. Select it to apply, then click "Pay Now."
