Terms
1. This is a Manyavar & Mohey Gift Voucher (GV)/e-Pay and can be redeemed at the listed stores and the official website, www.manyavar.com.
2. The person with the GV/e-Pay is deemed the beneficiary.
3. When redeeming offline, the beneficiary should announce the intent to use the GV/e-Pay before making a purchase.
4. The GV/e-Pay is applicable for select brands/categories, and there may be merchandise in the store for which the GV/e-Pay may not be applicable; hence, please contact the customer desk for clarification.
5. GV/e-Pay will not apply to Custom Tailoring bills.
6. The e-Pay balance must be linked to the registered mobile number.
7. The GV can be converted into e-Pay at the convenience of the holder.
8. After conversion into e-Pay balance, this GV is valid for partial redemption. The balance would remain in the e-Pay balance and can be used for multiple transactions within the validity period.
9. Multiple GVs can be combined and added to the e-Pay balance.
10. GV/e-Pay bearers can check their unused card balance and validity on the Manyavar & Mohey stores and websites.
11. GV/e-Pay is non-refundable, may not be exchanged, transferred, or resold, and may not be redeemed for cash.
12. The GV/e-Pay cannot be revalidated once it expires.
13. The GV/e-Pay cannot be clubbed with other Promo codes or bank offers.
14. Manyavar & Mohey/GyFTR is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen GV/e-Pay.
15. Vedant Fashions Limited (Manyavar) reserves its right to modify/amend the T&Cs of the GV/e-Pay at any time without prior notice, and such modifications shall be binding on the users/bearer of the GV/e-Pay.
16. Any dispute should be referred to the company, and the decision of the company shall be final.
17. Manyavar & Mohey make full efforts to accept GV/e-Pay but on account of any technical/administrative reasons, an outlet may refuse to accept the same.
18. Any dispute should be referred to the issuing company, and the decision of the issuing company shall be final.
19. All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Kolkata courts only.
