Shoppers Stop

1. This is a Shoppers Stop GV/GC (Gift Voucher/Gift Card), and it can be redeemed at all the listed stores and at https://www.shoppersstop.com/.
2. The holder of the GV/GC is deemed to be the beneficiary.
3. The GV/GC can be clubbed with existing offers on its website/store.
4. You can club multiple GV/GCs against a single bill.
5. Do inform the cashier that you plan to use the GV/GC for making payments before billing.
6. The GV/GC is valid for partial redemption. The balance would remain in the GV/GC till the validity period and can be reused for multiple transactions.
7. Partial redemption of GV/GC shall not be allowed at the store. Only a credit note shall be issued for the balance amount in case of partial utilisation of GV/GC.
8. Only a credit note shall be issued for partial utilisation of the GV/GC at the store, and for online, the balance remains in the same GV/GC.
9. A GV/GC is redeemable for merchandise at Shoppers Stop, Shoppers Stop Airport Stores, and Home Stop within India.
10. Purchase of Mobiles, Mobile Phone Accessories, Cameras, mp3 players, laptops, 22K & 24K Gold Jewellery & Gold Coins of any Jewellery brand is not allowed through this GV/GC.
11. GV/GCs are non-refundable, may not be exchanged, transferred, resold, reloaded, and may not be redeemed for cash.
12. GyFTR/Shoppers Stop is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen GV/GCs.
13. GyFTR/Shoppers Stop India reserves the right to add, alter, amend, and revise the terms and conditions without prior notice, and without assigning any reasons.
14. Dispute/s subject to Mumbai jurisdiction.
15. No duplicate GV/GC will be issued. GV/GC is the property of Shoppers Stop Limited, to whom it should be returned on request.

17. Any dispute related to the GV/GC should be referred to the issuing company, and the decision of the issuing company shall be final. Dispute/s subject to Mumbai jurisdiction.
18. Shoppers Stop reserves the right to deny accepting any GV/GC if it suspects that there is a duplicity of cards.

• Gift Vouchers CANNOT be used to buy mobiles, mobile phone accessories, cameras, laptops, 22K/24K gold jewellery, and gold coins.
• Multiple Gift Vouchers CAN be used in one bill.
• Gift Voucher CAN be used multiple times.

Redeem Steps

1. Visit the website and add the product to your cart to proceed.
2. Select E-Gift Voucher. Enter the voucher number, PIN, and amount, then click Redeem. The voucher amount will be deducted from the bill.
3. Use another payment method to pay the balance amount, if any.
4. For offline redemption, visit the store and complete the process at the billing counter.
