1. This is a Soch GV (Gift Voucher)/e-Pay that can be redeemed at Soch stores and online at https://www.soch.com/in/.
2. The person who has the GV/e-Pay is deemed to be the beneficiary.
3. For offline redemption, inform the cashier about the intent to use a GV/e-Pay option before the billing process begins and present the relevant details for validation.
4. The GV/e-Pay can be clubbed with the existing offers and schemes.
5. Multiple GVs can be combined and added to the e-Pay balance.
6. The GV/e-Pay can be used for all purchases of products and services at the Soch website.
7. The GV can be converted into e-Pay as per the holder's convenience.
8. The GV/e-Pay balance cannot be transferred to another e-Pay account, exchanged for cash, or converted into any other form of currency.
9. The e-Pay balance must be linked to the registered mobile number.
10. After conversion into e-Pay balance, this GV is valid for partial redemption. The balance would remain in the e-Pay balance and can be used for multiple transactions within the validity period.
11. Only valid GV/e-Pay at the sole discretion of Soch shall be accepted for redemption.
12. In case there is a balance amount to be paid after GV/e-Pay redemption, the customer must pay the balance amount using available payment modes.
13. For any return of the product bought using the GV/e-Pay, the exchanges will be given for the value paid by the customer, plus the voucher value in the form of a Credit Note.
14. The GV/e-Pay CANNOT be revalidated once expired or canceled under any circumstances.
15. Soch/GyFTR is not responsible if the GV/e-Pay is lost, stolen, or used without permission.
16. If GV/e-Pay gets blocked on account of a technical issue, it will be enabled in 72 hours.
17. Any dispute should be referred to the company from which the GV/e-Pay has been received, and the company's decision shall be final.
18. Soch/GyFTR reserves the right to withdraw, modify, cancel, or change the offer at any point without prior notice and at its sole discretion.

• Multiple Gift Vouchers CAN be combined & added to e-Pay balance.

Redeem Steps

1. Visit the Soch website. Add items to your cart and proceed to checkout.
2. Select the GyFTR e-Pay Balance option on the payment page. Click on Add Balance if your mobile number is linked or enter your GyFTR Voucher Code manually, and click on Redeem to add the voucher value to your e-Pay balance.
3. You can also use the e-Pay balance at the Soch stores. Find Soch store near you with store locator.
4. Share the registered mobile number with the cashier after your items are scanned. The Cashier will inform you of your available ePay Gift Voucher balance. Confirm the amount you'd like to redeem, and pay any remaining balance if needed. The Cashier will then complete the invoicing.
