1. This GV would be accepted in all the listed Westside stores and can be redeemed for any merchandise in the Westside Store across India, except food courts & cafes within the Westside Store. GV cannot be redeemed during online purchase.
2. The person who has the Westside GV/e-Pay is deemed to be the beneficiary.
3. Trent Ltd/Westside is not responsible if the GV is lost, stolen or used without permission.
4. Westside GV will have a minimum validity of 6 months from the date of issuance.
5. Multiple GV can be used in one bill/transaction.
6.This GV can be redeemed only once and comes with an expiration date & is not reloadable/ cannot be revalidated.
7. Gift Vouchers cannot be redeemed partially and can only be used ONCE.
8. Gift Vouchers can be used partially once converted to e-Pay/QR Code.
9. The QR Code GV, generated through GyFTR mobile application of Vouchagram India Private Limited, can be used multiple times, across all listed Westside Stores.
10. In case the value of the merchandise/product exceeds the value of GV, the difference shall be paid by the customer.
11. GV cannot be exchanged for cash/gift cards/credit notes. No credit note / refund for the unused balance amount of the GV will be given.
12. Once the voucher gets added to the E-Pay balance, it can be utilized till the balance gets exhausted or expires. No credit note or refund for the unused balance amount will be given.
13. GV/e-pay can be used during sale period and existing offers in the Westside store.
14. Westside GV cannot be redeemed on specific block out dates as may be intimated / updated by Trent Ltd/Westside on its website from time to time. Trent Ltd/Westside may add or delete any date(s)/period(s) on its sole discretion without any liability.
15. Any dispute related to the GV should be referred to Trent Ltd/Westside and the decision of Trent Ltd/Westside shall be final. In case of any legal disputes, the courts at Mumbai shall have the exclusive jurisdiction.
16. Trent Ltd/Westside shall on best effort basis attempt to accept GVs, but on account of any technical reason or for any reason beyond control Westside, GV may not get accepted on the website and Westside shall have no liability for the same.
17. If a GV/e-Pay is temporarily blocked due to a technical issue or a transaction failure after the GV/e-Pay has been applied, please contact our customer support team via www.gvhelpdesk.com. The amount will be refunded to the same GV/e-Pay within 48 hours.
18. Trent Ltd/Westside reserves the rights to edit/change the terms and conditions for the Gift Voucher (GV at any time without any notice or liability.
19. Trent Ltd/Westside has the final authority on the interpretation of these rules.
20. Trent Ltd/Westside reserves the right to withdraw Gift Voucher (GV) scheme/offer before the completion of validity period without any notice or liability at its sole discretion.
21. Trent Ltd/Westside reserves the right to deny accepting any Gift Voucher (GV) if it suspects that there is duplicity of cards.
22. In no event the liability of Trent Ltd/Westside for any claims shall exceed the value of the Gift Voucher (GV) in dispute.

Redeem Steps
- Visit https://brandpts.com/login or download the GyFTR ePay app. Search for Westside. View your ePay balance and available gift vouchers. Tap (+) to add a voucher to your wallet or enter the voucher code manually.
- Tap Redeem/Pay to use your ePay balance.
- Enter the amount and tap Redeem Balance to confirm.
- A QR code is generated. Show it to the cashier for quick checkout.
