Chumbak

1. This is a Chumbak GV (Gift Voucher)/e-Pay that will be accepted at the listed retail stores/outlets.
2. The holder of the GV/e-Pay is deemed to be the beneficiary.
3. The beneficiary should announce the intent of using the GV/e-Pay before making a purchase.
4. The GV/e-Pay can be clubbed with the existing offers.
5. The GV can be converted into e-Pay as per the holder's convenience.
6. The GV/e-Pay balance cannot be transferred to another e-Pay account, exchanged for cash, or any other form of currency.
7. The e-Pay balance must be linked to the registered mobile number.
8. After conversion into e-Pay balance, this GV is valid for partial redemption. The balance would remain in the e-Pay balance and can be used for multiple transactions within the validity period.
9. The GV/e-Pay can be used for all purchases of products and services at the Chumbak retail stores.
10. Only valid Chumbak GV/e-Pay at the sole discretion of Chumbak shall be accepted for redemption.
11. Multiple GVs can be clubbed and added to the e-Pay balance.
12. The GV/e-Pay CANNOT be revalidated once expired or canceled under any circumstances.
13. The GV/e-Pay is non-refundable, may not be exchanged, transferred, or resold, and may not be redeemed for cash.
14. The Brand may ask for a valid Government identity proof at the time of redeeming the GV/e-Pay.
15. Chumbak GV/e-Pay will be accepted across all mentioned outlets at its sole discretion. The brand may add or remove an outlet from the list without giving any prior notice.
16. Chumbak makes full efforts to accept all GV/e-Pays but on account of technical/administrative reasons, an outlet may refuse to accept the same.
17. This GV/e-Pay cannot be redeemed on specific block out dates. Chumbak may add or delete any date at its sole discretion. GV/e-Pay cannot be redeemed during EOSS.
18. Chumbak or any of its partners would not be liable to pay any form of compensation on account of an outlet not being able to accept GV/e-Pay. The customer would be liable to settle the bill.
19. Chumbak/GyFTR is not responsible if the GV/e-Pay is lost, stolen, or used without permission.
20. If GV/e-Pay gets blocked on account of a technical issue, it will be enabled in 72 hours.
21. Any dispute should be referred to the company from which the GV/e-Pay has been received, and the company's decision shall be final.
22. Chumbak/GyFTR reserves the right to withdraw, modify, cancel, or change the offer at any point without prior notice and at its sole discretion.

• Gift Vouchers/e-Pay CANNOT be used Online.
• Gift Vouchers/e-Pay CAN be used to buy discounted products.
• Gift Voucher CAN be used multiple times once converted to e-Pay balance.
• Multiple Gift Vouchers CAN be combined & added to e-Pay balance.

Redeem Steps

1. Visit Chumbak listed outlet. Share the registered mobile number with cashier, once products are scanned for invoicing
2. Cashier will confirm the available Gift Voucher and its balance Or share the voucher code with the cashier
3. Confirm the amount to be used for redemption and proceed further. You can make the balance payment by any other payment mode.
