2. The person with the GV/e-Pay is deemed the beneficiary.
3. The GV/e-Pay can be used for all purchases of products and services at the Duroflex Website.
4. Multiple GVs can be combined and added to the e-Pay balance.
5. The GV can be converted into e-Pay, and then it can be used partially at the holder's convenience.
6. The e-Pay balance must be linked to the registered mobile number.
7. The GV/e-Pay cannot be revalidated once it expires.
8. GV/e-Pay is non-refundable, may not be exchanged, transferred, or resold, and may not be redeemed for cash.
9. The GV/e-Pay can be used to buy discounted products on the website but will not be applicable with ongoing coupon/promo codes.
10. Only valid GV/e-Pay at the sole discretion of Duroflex shall be accepted for redemption.
11. Duroflex/GyFTR is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen GV/e-Pay.

13. In case of a technical issue leading to the blockage of Duroflex GV/e-Pay, it shall be reactivated within 72 hours.
14. Any dispute should be referred to the company, and the decision of the company shall be final.
15. Duroflex/GyFTR reserves the right to withdraw, modify, cancel, or change the offer at any point without prior notice and at its sole discretion.
