1. This is a Frido GV (Gift Voucher)/e-Pay issued by the ARCATRON MOBILITY PRIVATE LIMITED and sold by VIPL. It will be accepted on the website at https://www.myfrido.com/ and https://mobility.myfrido.com.
2. The user with the GV/e-Pay is deemed the beneficiary.
3. The GV can be converted into e-Pay at the holder's convenience.
4. The GV/e-Pay can be clubbed with deals and offers on the Frido website(s).
5. The GV/e-Pay is non-refundable, may not be exchanged, transferred, or resold, and may not be redeemed for cash.
6. GV/e-Pay cannot be revalidated once it expires and cannot be canceled under any circumstances.
7. After conversion into e-Pay, the GV balance is valid for partial redemption. The balance would remain in the e-pay balance and can be used for multiple transactions within the validity period.
8. Only valid GV/e-Pay shall be eligible for redemption on the Website(s).
9. The e-Pay balance must be linked to the registered mobile number.
10. The GV/e-Pay can be used for all purchases of products and services on the website.
11. ARCATRON MOBILITY PRIVATE LIMITED/GyFTR is not responsible if the GV/e-Pay is lost, stolen, or used without permission.
12. If the customer cancels the product before delivery, where the customer has made a transaction via Epay and applies for a refund in case of non-delivery of the particular product, the total refund amount shall be refunded to the source.

Important Instructions

• Gift Vouchers/e-Pay CAN be used on the official Frido website.
• Gift Vouchers/e-Pay CANNOT be redeemed on the Frido app.
• Gift Vouchers/e-Pay CAN be used to buy discounted products.
• Gift Voucher CAN be used multiple times once converted to e-Pay balance.
• Multiple Gift Vouchers CAN be combined & added to e-Pay balance.

Redeem Steps

1. Visit the Website & add the product to your cart.
2. Select the 'Gift Card' option to enter your voucher code.
3. Enter the amount you wish to redeem.
