Bata

1. This is a Bata GV (Gift Voucher)/e-Pay and would be accepted at the listed stores.
2. The holder of the Bata GV/e-Pay is deemed to be the beneficiary.
3. The GV/e-Pay can be clubbed with the existing offers.
4. The GV can be converted into e-Pay, as per convenience of the holder.
5. Multiple GVs can be clubbed and added to the e-Pay balance. The maximum cumulative GV value that can be added to the e-Pay balance in 30 days is Rs. 20,000.
6. After conversion into e-Pay balance, this GV is valid for partial redemption. The balance would remain in the e-Pay balance and can be used for multiple transactions within the validity period.
7. Only valid Bata GV/e-Pay, at the sole discretion of Bata, shall be accepted for redemption.
8. The Bata e-Pay balance must be linked to the registered mobile number.
9. The Bata e-Pay cannot be transferred to another e-Pay account, exchanged for cash, or any other form of currency.
10. The Bata GV/e-Pay CANNOT be revalidated once expired or canceled under any circumstances.
11. Bata/GyFTR is not responsible if the GV/e-Pay is lost, stolen, or used without permission.
12. Bata, GyFTR, or its affiliates shall not be responsible if the beneficiary shares the GV/e-Pay number or account credentials, resulting in unauthorized use of the GV/e-Pay balance.
13. Bata GV/e-Pay will be accepted across all mentioned outlets at its sole discretion. The brand reserves the right to add or remove outlets from the list without prior notice.
14. Bata GV/e-Pay cannot be redeemed on specific block-out dates. Bata reserves the right to add or delete any date at its sole discretion.
15. Bata, GyFTR, or any of its partners shall not be liable to compensate for any outlet's inability to accept GV/e-Pay. The customer would be liable to settle the bill.
16. In case of a technical issue leading to the blockage of Bata GV/e-Pay, it shall be reactivated within 72 hours.
17. Any dispute should be referred to the company from which the Bata GV/e-Pay has been received, and the company's decision shall be final.
18. Bata/GyFTR reserves the right to withdraw, modify, cancel, or change the offer at any point without prior notice and at its sole discretion.

• Gift Voucher CAN be used multiple times once converted to e-Pay balance.
• Multiple Gift Vouchers up to Rs. 20,000 CAN be combined & added to e-Pay balance in 30 days.

Redeem Steps

1. Share the registered mobile number with the cashier, once products are scanned for invoicing by the cashier. . Cashier to inform the available Gift Voucher and its balance.
2. Customer to confirm the amount to be used for redemption and proceed further for balance payment, if any.
3. Cashier to proceed with invoicing.
