1. This is a Skechers GV(Gift Voucher)/e-Pay, and can be redeemed on www.skechers.in and at all the listed retail outlets.
2. The GV/e-Pay can be clubbed with any one of the existing offers.
3. The person who has the GV/e-Pay is deemed to be the beneficiary.
4. The GV can be converted into e-Pay as per convenience of the holder.
5. The GV/e-Pay balance cannot be transferred to another e-Pay account, exchanged for cash, or any other form of currency.
6. The e-Pay balance must be linked to the registered mobile number.
7. After conversion into e-Pay balance, this GV is valid for partial redemption. The balance would remain in the e-Pay balance and can be used for multiple transactions within the validity period.
8. Only valid GV/e-Pay at the sole discretion of Skechers shall be accepted for redemption.
9. Once the GV/GC has been added to the e-Pay, it can be redeemed only at the Skechers Outlet and not on the Website.
10. The GV/e-Pay cannot be redeemed on specific blackout dates as may be intimated/updated by Skechers on its website from time to time. Skechers may add or delete any date(s)/period(s) at its sole discretion without any liability.
11. Skechers is not responsible if the GV/e-Pay is lost, stolen, or used without permission.
12. Any dispute related to the GV/e-Pay should be referred to the issuing company, and the decision of the issuing company shall be final. In case of any legal disputes, the courts at Mumbai shall have the exclusive jurisdiction.
13. Skechers shall, on a best effort basis, attempt to accept GV/e-Pay, but on account of any technical reason or for any reason beyond Skechers, GV/e-Pay may not get accepted on the website, and Skechers shall have no liability for the same.
14. If GV/e-Pay gets blocked on account of a technical issue, it will be enabled in 72 hours. In case of transaction failures after GV/e-Pay is applied, the amount would be automatically refunded to the same cards within 48 hours
15. Skechers reserves the right to edit/change the terms and conditions for the GV/e-Pay at any time without any notice or liability.
16. Skechers/GyFTR reserves the right to withdraw the GV/e-Pay scheme/offer before the completion of the validity period without any notice or liability at its sole discretion.
17. Skechers reserves the right to deny accepting the GV if it suspects that there is duplicity of cards.
18. In no event shall the liability of Skechers for any claims exceed the value of the GV in dispute.

Important Instructions

• Gift Vouchers/e-Pay are ACCEPTED at Listed Outlets and on the Skechers website.
• Gift Vouchers once converted to e-Pay CAN only be used at the listed outlets.
• Gift Vouchers/e-Pay CAN be used to buy discounted products.
• Gift Voucher CAN be used multiple times once converted to e-Pay balance.
• Multiple Gift Vouchers CAN be combined & added to e-Pay balance.

Redeem Steps

1. -Visit Skechers website at www.skechers.in

   Or

   -Visit Skechers listed outlet

2. Please share the voucher code with the cashier before billing.

3. -Make your order and click on 'Proceed to cart'.

   -Enter the Gift Voucher in 'Apply vouchers/Skechers Vouchers' section & click on Apply. Enter the Mobile number and Click on Submit on the pop up

   -Enter your details and Login in to the Account. Confirm the Shipping Address and click on Next. Select the Payment Mode and Click on “Place Order”.
