1. This is a Croma GV (Gift Voucher)/GC (Gift Card) and would only be accepted at the listed Croma outlets and on the Croma website at www.croma.com.
2. The holder of the GV/GC is deemed to be the beneficiary.
3. The GV/GC can be clubbed with the existing offers.
4. Once the GV/GC is issued, the company will not entertain any request from anybody for its cancellation.
5. Only 5 GV/GCs can be redeemed on a single invoice on Croma.com.
6. This is a one-time use GV/GC.
7. The GV/GC cannot be reloaded.
8. No refund/credit note shall be issued for unused parts of the GV/GC.
9. The GV/GC CANNOT be revalidated once expired or canceled under any circumstances.
10. GV/GCs are non-refundable, may not be exchanged, transferred, or resold, and may not be redeemed for cash.
11. Croma/GyFTR is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen GV/GCs.
12. If the purchase value exceeds the value of the GV/GC, the differential amount of such purchase should be paid using the other modes of payment available on the website.
13. In case of returns/cancellations of the redemption done via GV/GC, the refund of the same will be done to the effect of the value of the contribution of the GV/GC to the sale. The balance will be done via the contribution of the other respective payment modes to the sale. In the case of multiple products being purchased and a combination of the GV/GC and any other mode of payment being used to complete the transaction, the individual products being sold will get the assignment of the value of the GV/GC and any other mode of payment being used based on the tender percentage contribution in total order value. The refund will happen in the same percentage split per the original tender.
14. Any dispute should be referred to the company from which the GV/GC has been received, and the company's decision shall be final.
15. Any dispute relating to the GV/GC shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai.
16. The GV/GCs are subject to applicable laws. The company and GV/GC holder shall comply with all applicable laws promulgated by any statutory/judicial/competent authority from time to time in this regard.
17. Infiniti Retail Ltd shall be entitled to amend these terms and conditions from time to time. Any change in these terms and conditions can be viewed on our website and/or at any of the Croma stores.
18. Croma/GyFTR reserves the right to withdraw, modify, cancel, or change the offer at any point without prior notice and at its sole discretion.
