Milkbasket

1. This is a Milkbasket GV (Gift Voucher)/e-Pay that will be accepted on the mobile app.
2. This GV/GC is issued by Reliance Retail Limited (Reliance).
3. The person with the GV/e-Pay is deemed the beneficiary.
4. The GV/e-Pay can be clubbed with the existing offers.
5. The GV/e-Pay can be used for all purchases of products and services at the Milkbasket website.
6. The GV can be converted into e-Pay as per the holder's convenience.
7. Multiple GV/GC can be combined and added to the e-Pay Balance.
8. The GV/e-Pay balance cannot be transferred to another e-Pay account, exchanged for cash, or converted into any other form of currency.
9. The e-Pay balance must be linked to the registered mobile number.
10. After conversion into e-Pay balance, this GV is valid for partial redemption. The balance would remain in the e-Pay balance and can be used for multiple transactions within the validity period.
11. Only valid GV/e-Pay at the sole discretion of Milkbasket shall be accepted for redemption.
12. The GV/e-Pay CANNOT be revalidated once expired or canceled under any circumstances.
13. Milkbasket/GyFTR is not responsible if the GV/e-Pay is lost, stolen, or used without permission.
14. Milkbasket/GyFTR is not responsible for unauthorized use of the GV/e-Pay. You agree to keep the activation code confidential and acknowledge sole responsibility for its secrecy.
15. If GV/e-Pay gets blocked on account of a technical issue, it will be enabled in 72 hours.
16. Any dispute should be referred to the company from which the GV/e-Pay has been received, and the company's decision shall be final.
17. Milkbasket/GyFTR reserves the right to withdraw, modify, cancel, or change the offer at any point without prior notice and at its sole discretion.

Important Instructions

• Gift Vouchers/e-Pay CAN only be used on the Milkbasket app.
• Gift Vouchers/e-Pay CAN be clubbed with existing offers.
• Gift Voucher CAN be used multiple times once converted to e-Pay balance.
• Multiple Gift Vouchers CAN be combined & added to e-Pay balance.

Redeem Steps

1. Log in to the Milkbasket App, and go to your wallet, select the amount of Gift Card you want to top-up, and click on “Recharge Once”.
2. Choose the GV/e-Pay option. You'll be able to view and add available vouchers linked to your account.
3. After adding the vouchers, you can complete the transaction by redeeming e-Pay and topping up your Milkbasket Wallet.
