1. This is a Me n Moms GV/e-Pay that will be accepted on the website at https://www.menmoms.in.
2. The user with the GV/e-Pay is deemed to be the beneficiary.
3. GV/e-Pay can be used for all purchases of products and services on the Me n Moms website.
4. The GV can be converted into e-Pay as per the convenience of the holder.
5. After conversion into e-Pay balance, this GV is valid for partial redemption. The balance would remain in the e-Pay balance and can be used for multiple transactions within the validity period.
6. The e-Pay balance must be linked to the registered mobile number.
7. Only valid GV/e-Pay at the sole discretion of Me n Moms shall be accepted for redemption.
8. GV/e-Pay balance cannot be transferred to another e-Pay account, exchanged for cash, or any other form of currency.
9. GV/e-Pay CANNOT be revalidated once expired or canceled under any circumstances.
10. Me n Moms/GyFTR is not responsible if the GV/e-Pay is lost, stolen, or used without permission.
11. Me n Moms, GyFTR, or its affiliates shall not be responsible if the beneficiary shares the GV number, PIN, or account credentials, resulting in unauthorized use of the GV/e-Pay balance.
12. If the GV/e-Pay gets blocked on account of a technical issue, it will be enabled in 72 hours.
13. Any dispute should be referred to the company from which the GV/e-Pay has been received, and the company’s decision shall be final.
14. Me n Moms/GyFTR reserves the right to withdraw, modify, cancel, or change the offer at any point without prior notice and at its sole discretion.
15. Once issued, the GV/e-Pay cannot be canceled or blocked under any circumstances.
