1. This is a FlixBus GV (Gift Voucher)/GC (Gift Card) that will only be accepted on the website: https://www.FlixBus.in/ & app.
2. The person who has the GV/GC is deemed to be the beneficiary.
3. GV/GC is applicable for Indian users only.
4. The GV/GC cannot be clubbed with the existing offers.
5. The GV/GC is one-time use only.
6. Only one GV/GC applies to a single bill.
7. Only a valid GV/GC at the sole discretion of FlixBus shall be accepted for redemption.
8. The GV/GC CANNOT be revalidated once expired or canceled under any circumstances.
9. FlixBus/GyFTR is not responsible if the GV/GC is lost, stolen, or used without permission.
10. If GV/GC gets blocked on account of a technical issue, it will be enabled in 72 hours.
11. FlixBus/GyFTR reserves the right to withdraw, modify, cancel, or change the offer at any point without prior notice and at its sole discretion.
12. FlixBus/GyFTR is not responsible if the GV/GC is lost, stolen, or used without permission.
13. FlixBus, GyFTR, or its affiliates, shall not be responsible if the beneficiary shares the GV/GC number, pin, or account credentials, resulting in unauthorized use of the GV/GC balance.

Redeem Steps

1. Visit the FlixBus website or open the FlixBus mobile app, then search and select your preferred route, date, and bus.
2. Proceed to checkout and review your booking details.
3. On the payment page, select the “Enter Coupon” section and enter your voucher code. Complete the booking by paying the remaining amount (if any).
