HP Pay

1.This is an HP Pay Insta Gift Voucher (GV) / Gift Card (GC) and would be accepted on the HP Pay mobile Application.
2.The holder of the Instant Gift Voucher is deemed to be the beneficiary.
3.Beneficiary should announce the intent of using the Instant Gift Voucher before making a purchase.
4.Only valid Instant Gift Vouchers at the sole discretion of HPCL shall be accepted for redemption towards HP Pay Wallet recharge of customer. HP Pay Insta Gift Voucher should be mapped with the registered mobile number
5.Multiple vouchers can be redeemed at once by customers by adding the vouchers in the wallet.
6.Customers with KYC verification have a daily transaction limit of ?7,500 and a monthly limit of ?30,000. Non-KYC users have a daily limit of ?5,000 and a monthly limit of ?15,000.
7.Once the voucher gets added to the HP Pay wallet balance, it can be utilized till the balance gets exhausted. No credit note or refund for the unused balance amount will be given. For more details, refer to Terms and Conditions provided on HP Pay App.
8.Instant Gift Voucher cannot be revalidated once expired.
9.HPCL or its affiliates are not responsible on account of the beneficiary sharing the Instant Gift Voucher number and the voucher getting redeemed on that account.
10. HP Pay Wallet will be accepted for payments across all mentioned HPCL Petrol pumps and HP Gas distributorships at its sole discretion. Brand may add or remove any brand outlet from the list without giving any prior notice.
11.If an Instant Gift Voucher gets blocked on account of technical issue, it would get activated in 72 hours.
12.Any dispute should be referred to the company from where the Instant Gift Voucher has been received, the decision of the company shall be final.

Important Instructions

• Gift Vouchers CAN only be used on the HP Pay app.
• Gift Vouchers CAN only be used at HPCL Petrol pumps and HP Gas distributorships.
• Gift Voucher CAN be used multiple times once added to HP Pay Wallet.
• Multiple Gift Vouchers CAN be combined & added to HP Pay Wallet.

Redeem Steps

1. Download the Hp Pay App. Select Add Voucher Option.
2. List of available vouchers mapped on the contact number will be displayed. Customer can click on add button to add the voucher balance to HP Pay Wallet.
3. Select Yes to top-up the voucher balance to HP Pay Wallet.
4. Your wallet is recharged successfully.
5. Visit your nearest HPCL Petrol pump. Effortlessly use your wallet balance by just 'scanning' and 'paying' in a single step.
