Zoomcar

1. This is a Zoomcar Gift Voucher (GV)/Gift Card (GC) and will be accepted only online on the Zoomcar mobile application.
2. The person having the GV/GC is deemed to be the beneficiary.
3. This is a one time use GV/GC. Multiple GV/GC can be added to customer’s account as ZCash and the balance can be used partially or fully for multiple transactions.
4. The GV/GC can be used for the purchase of ZCash, which is credited to the Customer’s Zoomcar ZCash wallet upon redemption. A single ZCash shall be equivalent to INR 1 (One Rupee).
5. This GV/GC is valid for six (6) months from date of issuance and once redeemed for Zoom Cash shall remain valid for one (1) year.
6. The GV/GC can be clubbed with the existing offers.
7. The GV/GC is not a legal tender or replacement for a debit/credit card.
8. The offer is valid for availing all self-drive services on Zoomcar including daily drives and subscription vehicle bookings, available on the Zoomcar App
9. All customer bookings are governed by the Zoomcar Host Services Terms and Conditions available at https://www.zoomcar.com/in/bangalore/host-policy.
10. GV/GCs are non-refundable, may not be exchanged, transferred, or resold, and may not be redeemed for cash.
11. Zoomcar/GyFTR reserves the right to change, cancel, or update any of the terms and conditions of this offer at any time without prior notice.
12. Zoomcar may choose not to honor the offer if there is any suspicion of misuse or abuse of the offer, and we are not required to explain such cases.
13. In the event of a technical issue leading to the temporary blockage of a valid Zoomcar GC, Zoomcar shall endeavor to reactivate the same within 72 hours, subject to internal verification.
14. Zoomcar/GyFTR is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen GV/GCs.

Important Instructions

• Gift Voucher CAN be used multiple times once added to ZCash wallet.
• Multiple Gift Vouchers CAN be combined & added to ZCash wallet.

Redeem Steps

1. Open the Zoomcar app, go to Zoom Cash at the top right corner, and click on “Claim a Gift Card.”
2. In “Select Gift Partner,” choose GyFTR, enter the voucher code, click “Add,” and then click “Continue.”
3. The amount will be added to Zoom Cash, multiple vouchers can be added, and then click on “Book a Trip.”
