1. This is a Zee5 subscription GV/GC (Gift Voucher/Gift Card) that will be accepted on the website through this URL: https://www.zee5.com/ and the Zee5 application (Android only).
2. Click the following link to visit Zee5 subscription offerings: https://www.zee5.com/myaccount/subscription
3. No credit note/refund for the unused balance amount of the GV will be given.
4. Any such unused balance amount shall stand lapsed automatically.
5. The user with the GV/GC is deemed the beneficiary.
6. Only one GV/GC can be used for one subscription.
7. This is a one-time use GV/GC with an expiration date.
8. The GV/GC CANNOT be revalidated once expired or canceled under any circumstances.
9. The GV/GC cannot be clubbed with any existing offer on its website.
10. Zee5/GyFTR is not responsible if the GV/GC is lost, stolen, or used without permission.
11. Zee5/GyFTR reserves the right to withdraw, modify, cancel, or change the offer at any point without prior notice and at its sole discretion.
12. The GV/GCs are not for resale nor redeemable for cash.
13. The above subscription GV/GC is valid in India only.
14. Subscription will start immediately after GV/GC redemption.
15. GV/GC cannot be redeemed on specific blackout dates. Zee5 may add or delete any date(s)/period(s) at its sole discretion without any liability.
16. Any dispute related to the GV/GC should be referred to the issuing company, and the decision of the issuing company shall be final. In case of any legal disputes, the courts in Delhi shall have the exclusive jurisdiction.
17. Zee5 shall, on a best effort basis, attempt to accept GV/GC, but on account of any technical reason or for any reason beyond the control of Zee5, GV/GC may not get accepted, and Zee5 shall have no liability for the same.
18. If a GV/GC gets blocked on account of a technical issue, it would get enabled in 72 hours. In case of transaction failures after GV/GC is applied, the amount would be automatically refunded to the same cards within 48 hours.
19. Zee5 reserves the right to edit/change the terms and conditions for the GV/GC at any time without any notice or liability.
20. Zee5 has the final authority on the interpretation of these rules.
21. Zee5 reserves the right to deny accepting any GV/GC if it suspects that there is duplicity of cards.

3. Enter your code in the “Apply Code” section and proceed.
