Terms
1. This is an Air India Gift Voucher/Gift Card (GV/GC) issued by Air India, and it can be redeemed on the Air India website and mobile app.
2. A GV/GC can be combined with any offer, such as a discount, cash back, or promotion, offered on Air India's website, www.airindia.com.
3. The GV/GC has a 16-digit numeric code, with a 6-digit numeric code without a prefix.
4. The GV/GC can be purchased and redeemed only in Indian currency (INR) and can be redeemed for bookings from Point of Sale India only.
5. To use multiple GV/GCs at once, add them to your Air India Wallet; there is no restriction on the number of GV/GCs that can be added to the wallet, you can pay the remaining balance using a credit card only.
6. The validity of a GV/GC cannot be extended under any circumstances. You understand that you will not be compensated in any manner for any lapsed or unused amount under a GV/GC.
7. GV/GC can be used to buy Air India tickets and ancillary products on the Air India website and mobile app and cannot be used to avail travel insurance, upgrades, or any goods or services offered by any third party other than Air India.
8. GV/GC is fully transferable but cannot be resold. Any unlawful resale or attempted resale is grounds for seizure and cancellation of the GV/GC without compensation.
9. The GV/GC cannot be redeemed through any offline channel, such as the airport ticketing center.
10. GV/GC cannot be redeemed for group travel bookings.
11. GV/GCs are for individual use only. If travel agents are found purchasing or using the GV/GC, the booking will be canceled, and no refund will be issued.
12. In case of a transaction failure, while making the payment through an Air India GV/GC, the amount will be automatically refunded to the same GV/GC balance within twenty-four (24) hours of the failure of such transaction.
13. Credit cards can only be used along with the redemption of the GV/GC, but are limited to the Air India website and mobile app.
14. GV/GC, once issued, cannot be refunded, canceled, or exchanged for cash.
15. Air India/GyFTR will not be responsible if the GV/GC is used without permission, and you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of all details provided to you in relation to a GV/GC.
16. You acknowledge and agree that in the event a GV/GC is non-functional, your sole remedy will be the issuance of another GV/GC, for the value remaining in the non-functional GV/GC.
17. In case of cancellation of a purchase made using the GV/GC within the validity period, the amount deducted from the GV/GC will be reversed to the same GV/GC that was used at the time of making the respective purchase.
18. In case of cancellations where the GV/GC validity has already expired at the time of initiation of the cancellation process or at the time of processing a refund, no refund will be processed for the amount paid through the expired GV/GC.
19. In the event an amount is refunded to the GV/GC, users must save the GV/GC number and pin code to utilise this refunded amount under the GV/GC as Air India cannot reissue a new GV/GC number.
20. Air India/GyFTR reserves the right to modify these GV/GC Terms at its discretion. Such modifications will be updated by Air India on the Platform.
21. Air India reserves the right to deactivate, suspend, hold for review, cancel any GV/GC, or refuse to accept any GV/GC if it suspects that there is a duplicity of cards, the GV/GC was procured using fraudulent means, for any other violation of the GV/GC Terms or if so considered necessary by Air India in its sole discretion.
