2.The person who has the American Tourister GV Code is deemed to be the beneficiary
3.Multiple GV's can be used in one single purchase
4.GV will be Valid for redemption only on products on discount upto 30% in case of Samsonite and upto 50% on American Tourister respectively.
5.American Tourister GV is a One-Time use Gift Voucher
6.No credit note/ Refund for the unused amount of the GV will be given
7.The GV's are neither transferable nor redeemable in cash nor negotiable
8.No replacement will be given for any misplaced voucher.
9.American Tourister Gift Voucher CANNOT be revalidated once expired
10.Partial redemption of the voucher is not permitted.
11.If the order value exceeds the e-Gift Card amount, the balance must be paid by another payment option.
12.All disputes shall be governed by Indian laws and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals of Mumbai
