What should I know before using it?
- Gift Vouchers CAN be used on the DPauls website.
- Gift Vouchers CANNOT be used for Hotel bookings.
- Only one Gift Voucher CAN be used for Flight bookings.
- Up to 3 Gift Vouchers CAN be used for Holiday Package bookings.
- Gift Vouchers CANNOT be clubbed with existing offers.

Terms
1.This is a DPauls Insta Gift Voucher would be accepted only at https://dpauls.com
2.For Flight Booking, Only One Gift Cards can be used against One Bill .
3.For Package Booking for Holiday Packages, Upto 3 Gift Cards can be clubbed in Single Invoice.
4.Voucher is not valid for Hotel bookings
5.This is a one time use voucher and no Credit note / Refund for the unused amount of the GV will be given.
6.DPauls Gift Voucher CANNOT be revalidated once expired.
7.This Gift Card cannot be clubbed with any other offer currently live on https://dpauls.com including cashbacks, discounts, etc. on a particular credit/debit card.
8.Users are required to save the gift card number and PIN to utilize this refunded amount as we will not be able to reset the PIN or reissue a new gift card number.
9.Any dispute related to the GV should be referred to the issuing company and the decision of the issuing company shall be final.
10.In addition to the terms of use available on the DPauls Travel & Tours Ltd. platform, you shall also abide by these terms and conditions specifically to be able to use the Gift Cards. In the event of any dispute in the interpretation of these terms, DPauls Travel & Tours Ltd. shall be the final authority on the interpretation of these rules.
11.This is for individual use only. Distributor found using Gift Cards would lead to cancellation of the booking and no refund would be made.
12.Gift Cards are a pre-paid payment instrument subjected to regulations issued by the RBI under the RBI guidelines. DPauls Travel & Tours Ltd. may be required to share KYC details of the purchaser/ redeemer of the Gift Card and any other information in relation to the purchase of the Gift Cards and/or transaction undertaken using the Gift Card with RBI or such statutory authorities. DPauls Travel & Tours Ltd. may contact the purchaser/redeemer of the Gift Card for any such information.
13.In case of any cancellation of orders purchased using Gift Cards within the validity period, the amount will be reversed to the Gift Card used at the time of shopping.
