1. This is an ixigo Gift Voucher/Gift Card (GV/GC), and it can be redeemed only at https://www.ixigo.com/ and the Ixigo App.
2. The person having the GV/GC is deemed to be the beneficiary.
3. The GV/GC is valid for booking of ixigo Flights (Domestic/International) only.
4. Only ONE/SINGLE voucher can be used in one bill/transaction.
5. GV/GC cannot be clubbed with existing offers on the ixigo website/app.
6. This is a one-time use GV/GC. The remaining balance in the GV/GC will be forfeited once the card is redeemed.
7. GV/GCs are non-refundable, may not be exchanged, transferred, or resold, and may not be redeemed for cash.
8. The GV/GC is not a legal tender or replacement for a debit/credit card.
9. The GV/GC CANNOT be revalidated once expired or cancelled under any circumstances.
10. GyFTR/ixigo is not responsible if the GV/GC is lost, stolen, or used without permission.
11. GyFTR/ixigo reserves the right to change, cancel, or update any of the terms and conditions of this offer at any time without prior notice.
12. ixigo may choose not to honour the offer if there is any suspicion of misuse or abuse of the offer, and we are not required to explain such cases.
13. Any applicable convenience fee/processing fee/ixigo assured/ government taxes shall be applicable.
14. Confirmation of any booking will be subject to availability at the time of booking and will be governed by the standard booking terms & conditions of ixigo.
15. In case of cancellations, the GV/GC amount will not be refunded back to the customer.
16. All the terms and conditions of the discount code as given hereof and standard terms and conditions, user agreement, and privacy policy (subject to change) of ixigo as mentioned on the website www.ixigo.com.
17. Any legal disputes regarding any aspect of the promotion shall be handled in the jurisdiction of the courts in Gurgaon, Haryana only.
18. This is for individual use only, Travel agents found using the card would lead to cancellation of the booking, and no refund would be made.

Redeem Steps

1. Visit the webiste/app and login/signup using your mobile number/email.
2. Search and Select your Flight.
3. If you're on the website scroll through the 'Offers' section and tap on 'Have a coupon code?' option. App users can hover to the 'Have a promo code? Redeem here' box under the 'Offers For You' section. Enter the ixigo GV/GC code correctly in the designated box and click on 'APPLY/ PROCEED'. Continue to the payment page to pay the remaining amount (if any) using the available mode of payments.
