Terms
1. This is an ixigo Hotel GV/GC (Gift Voucher/Gift Card), and it can only be redeemed on the ixigo app and www.ixigo.com.
2. The holder of this GV/GC is deemed the beneficiary.
3. This is a one-time use GV/GC.
4. The GV/GC is valid for booking of ixigo Hotel (Domestic/International) only.
5. Only ONE/SINGLE GV/GC can be used in one bill/transaction.
6. GV/GC cannot be clubbed with existing offers on the ixigo website/app.
7. This GV/GC is not refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be returned or redeemed for cash or credit.
8. The GV/GC CANNOT be revalidated once expired or canceled under any circumstances.
9. ixigo/GyFTR is not liable for lost, stolen, or destroyed GV/GC and/or unauthorized usage of this GV/GC.
10. Any applicable convenience fee/processing fee/ixigo assured/ government taxes shall be applicable on transactions made using the GV/GC.
11. Confirmation of any booking will be subject to availability at the time of booking and will be governed by the standard booking terms & conditions of ixigo.
12. Once the customer purchases the GV/GC, the amount cannot be refunded under any circumstances, including cancellations.
13. All the terms and conditions of the GV/GC as given hereof and standard terms and conditions, user agreement, and privacy policy (subject to change) of ixigo as mentioned on the website www.ixigo.com.
14. Any legal disputes regarding any aspect of the promotion shall be handled in the jurisdiction of the courts in Gurgaon, Haryana, only.
15. GV/GCs are for individual use only. Travel agents found using the GV/GC would lead to cancellation of the booking, and no refund would be made.
16. ixigo/GyFTR reserves the right to withdraw, modify, cancel, or change the offer at any point without prior notice and at its sole discretion.
