Taj Experiences

1. This is a Taj Experiences GV/GC (Gift Voucher/Gift Card), issued by The Indian Hotels Company Limited (“Taj” / “the Company”). It can be redeemed only offline at participating hotels. Check Participating Hotels at https://www.tajhotels.com/en-in/gifting-and-shopping/e-gift-cards.
2. To check the balance and validity of the GV/GC, please visit https://www.tajhotels.com/en-in/gifting-and-shopping/e-gift-cards and enter the GV/GC number in the Check Balance section.
3. Valid Taj Experiences GV/GCs can be reloaded till their expiry date on www.tajhotels.com/giftcards, subject to a maximum GV/GC balance of Rs. 1,00,000. The GV/GC will be automatically revalidated from the date of load or reload. Revalidation requests will not be processed outside these terms.
4. The GV/GC can be clubbed with existing offers.
5. The GV/GC may be redeemed towards spends on rooms, food and beverages, spa, other services, and applicable taxes at Taj, SeleQtions, Gateway, Vivanta hotels, and Ama Trails & Stays in India.
6. The GV/GC cannot be used for retail spends at third-party outlets, business centre equipment hire, hired services from third-party sources, or expenses of a personal nature for which a payout is raised, such as medicines or repairs of personal items. The GV/GC is also not valid at The Claridges, Tree of Life Resorts, and Ginger Hotels.
7. The GV/GC can also be redeemed for prepaid room reservations for hotels in India through Taj Reservations Worldwide.
8. Multiple transactions can be performed using the GV/GC until the GV/GC value is exhausted.
9. If the purchase value exceeds the GV/GC value, the differential amount may be loaded on the GV/GC or paid at the point of sale through cash or an accepted credit/debit card at the time of purchase.
10. A valid GV/GC in its original form or email must be presented at the time of availing a service.
11. For prepaid room reservations through Taj Reservations Worldwide, the GV/GC number and PIN must be quoted while making the reservation. The entire amount must be paid through the GV/GC to secure the reservation. In case the GV/GC balance is less than the due amount, the GV/GC may be reloaded before processing the reservation. Standard cancellation policies shall apply. For eligible refunds arising from cancellations, customers must contact Taj Reservations Worldwide.
12. The GV/GC shall not be valid for use at any other service establishment or for withdrawal of cash.
13. No refund, replacement, or cash back shall be provided against the GV/GC. Once issued, the GV/GC cannot be cancelled.
14. Taj Experiences GV/GCs are cash-equivalent bearer GV/GCs. The Company is not responsible for, and will not replace, lost or stolen GV/GCs.
15. Redemption of the GV/GC by its bearer shall be considered a valid discharge of the Company’s liabilities in respect of the GV/GC.
16. Any dispute related to the GV/GC should be referred to The Indian Hotels Company Limited, and the decision of the Company shall be final.
17. Any further dispute related to the GV/GC shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai.
18. The GV/GC is subject to applicable laws. The Company, purchaser, and GV/GC bearer shall comply with all applicable laws promulgated by any statutory, judicial, or competent authority from time to time.
19. The Company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time. Any changes can be viewed on its website.

• Gift Vouchers are ACCEPTED at participating Taj, SeleQtions, Gateway, Vivanta hotels and Ama Trails & Stays in India.
• Gift Vouchers CANNOT be used at The Claridges, Tree of Life Resorts, and Ginger Hotels.
• Gift Vouchers CAN be clubbed with existing offers.
• Gift Vouchers CAN be reloaded up to a maximum balance of Rs. 1,00,000.
• Multiple Gift Vouchers CAN be used in one bill.
• Gift Voucher CAN be used multiple times.

1. Step 1-

   -Visit Taj listed outlets Taj, SeleQtions, Vivanta hotels and Ama Trails & Stays in India

   -This does not include Ginger Hotels

2. Step 2-

   -Select your choice of services

   -For prepaid room reservations at Taj Reservations Worldwide share the card number and PIN at the reception

3. Step 3-

   -You can make the balance payment by any other payment mode

   -A valid card in its original form or e-mail must be presented at the time of availing a service
