1. This is an Apollo Diagnostics Gift Voucher/Gift Card (GV/GC) and can be redeemed at https://www.apollo247.com/lab-tests & the Apollo 247 app.
2. The holder of this GV/GC is deemed to be the beneficiary.
3. This is a one-time use GV/GC and cannot be reused once redeemed.
4. GV/GC can only be redeemed against diagnostic tests and services. It cannot be used for the purchase of medicines, FMCG products, or other healthcare products. We have separate Vouchers available for those categories.
5. The GV/GC is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be returned, exchanged, or redeemed for cash or credit under any circumstances.
6. The GV/GC cannot be clubbed with any other promotional offer.
7. Multiple GV/GCs CANNOT be clubbed in a single bill.
8. Discounts or credits availed through the GV/GC shall be deemed withdrawn in case of order cancellation. The customer will only be refunded the amount paid (excluding the GV/GC value).
9. The GV/GC will be issued and distributed under a brand promotion run by the Company/GyFTR, which reserves the right to discontinue or withdraw the promotion or scheme at any time at its sole discretion.
10. In case the GV/GC is non-functional due to any technical reason, the sole remedy available to the beneficiary shall be reissuance/replacement of a GV/GC of the same value within 72 hours.
11. Apollo Healthco/GyFTR shall not be liable for lost, stolen, misplaced, or destroyed GV/GCs, or for any unauthorized use of the GV/GC. Duplicate GV/GCs will not be issued in such cases.
12. Any dispute related to the GV/GC should be referred to the company from which the GV/GC was received. The company’s decision shall be final and binding.
13. Apollo Healthco/GyFTR reserves the right to amend, modify, withdraw, or replace (in whole or in part) any of the terms and conditions of this promotion or GV/GC at any time, without prior notice, and its decision shall be final.
14. The buyer agrees to be governed by any additional terms and conditions specified within the respective Gift Voucher.

Redeem Steps

1. Visit the Apollo Diagnostics 247 website: www.apollo247.com/lab-tests or app: https://apollo247.onelink.me/775G/xhq6w6xt. Select your preferred lab test/package and add it to the cart. Enter the required details.
2. On the cart page, click on Apply Offers and Coupons. Enter the Gift Voucher code in the coupon code field and click on Apply.
3. Once the Gift Voucher is applied successfully, the eligible discount will reflect in the cart total. Pay the remaining balance using the available modes.
