2. The GV/GC cannot be combined with other offers, promotional codes, and corporate credits.

4. This is a one-time use only GV/GC. Multiple GV/GC cannot be used in one bill.
5. Partial redemption on this GV/GC is not allowed. If the bill is lower than the voucher amount, the balance will be forfeited. If the order value is less than the GV/GC value, the balance
will be forfeited.
6. Share the billing code “10159” by the name of “Apollo Voucher” with the pharmacy staff.
7. This GV/GC is not eligible for Cash on Delivery (COD), cashback, or Apollo Health Credits.
