How do I redeem this voucher?
- Download the cult.fit app from the Google Play store and Apple App Store and log in to your account. Directly log in if the App already exists.
- Navigate to the Redeem Gift Card
- Enter the unique code provided with your gift card.
- Once the code has been verified, the value of the gift card will be added to your Gift card balance on our platform.
- You can now use the Gift Card balance as a mode of payment during checkout for any membership offered by cult across the App.
What should I know before using it?
- Gift Vouchers CAN only be used on the Cult.fit app.
- Gift Vouchers CAN only be used for Fitness Service memberships.
- Gift Vouchers CANNOT be used for Dietician, Health Checkups, Sugar.fit, or Cult Store products.
- Gift Vouchers CANNOT be clubbed with existing offers.
- Gift Voucher CAN be used multiple times once added to Cult wallet.
- Multiple Gift Vouchers CAN be combined & added to Cult wallet.
Terms
1. This is a Cult.fit Gift Voucher (GV)/Gift Card (GC) and will be accepted only on the Cult.fit App.
2. Each GV/GC can be redeemed only once per user.
3. The person having the GV/GC is deemed to be the beneficiary.
4. The GV/GC will only be applicable for Fitness Services (memberships) and will not be valid for wellness services such as Dietician/Health Checkups/ Sugar.fit, nor for Fitness Products available on the Cult Store.
5. This is a one-time use GV/GC.
6. Multiple GV/GC can be clubbed into Cult wallet[1.1] on the Cult.fit App.
7. GV/GC cannot be clubbed with existing offers[2.1].
8. Once you redeem your GV/GC, the balance will be credited to the wallet provided by Cult, which can be used as a mode of payment during checkout for any service offered by Cult.fit only on the Cult.fit app, and not on the website.
9. The GV/GC Balance can only be used against fitness services offered on Cult.fit app and not on any cult store products or cult sport products sold via the app or the website.
10. Please note that the value of the GV/GC can only be added to your GV/GC Balance on their app (Android and iOS), and GV/GC Balance can be used during checkout only on the app.[3.1]
11. The GV/GC is not a legal tender or replacement for a debit/credit card.
12. GV/GCs are non-refundable, may not be exchanged, transferred, or resold, and may not be redeemed for cash.
13. Cult.fit/GyFTR reserves the right to change, cancel, or update any of the terms and conditions of this offer at any time without prior notice.
14. Cult.fit may choose not to honor the offer if there is any suspicion of misuse or abuse of the offer, and we are not required to explain such cases.
15. Cult.fit/GyFTR is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen GV/GCs.
