FITPASS

1. This is a FITPASS GV (Gift Voucher)/GC (Gift Card) and would be accepted on the FITPASS app.
2. The holder of the GV/GC is deemed to be the beneficiary.
3. The GV/GC can be clubbed with the existing offers.
4. Multiple GV/GCs can be clubbed in one bill/transaction.
5. This is a one-time use GV/GC with an expiration date.
6. No refund/credit note shall be issued for unused parts of the GV/GC.
7. Any unused balance amount shall stand lapsed automatically.
8. The GV/GC CANNOT be revalidated once expired or canceled under any circumstances.
9. FITPASS GV/GC cannot be redeemed on specific block out dates as may be intimated/updated by FITPASS from time to time. FITPASS may add or delete any date(s)/period(s) at its sole discretion without any liability.
10. GV/GCs are non-refundable, may not be exchanged, transferred, or resold, and may not be redeemed for cash.
11. FITPASS/GyFTR is not responsible if the GV/GC is lost, stolen, or used without permission.
12. FITPASS/GyFTR reserves the right to withdraw, modify, cancel, or change the offer at any point without prior notice and at its sole discretion.
13. Any dispute related to the GV/GC should be referred to the issuing company and the decision of the issuing company shall be final.

Redeem Steps

1. Download FITPASS App.
2. On the screen, select GyFTR Voucher and validate the mobile number through OTP.
3. Add the Gift Voucher to your Pay Balance. Click on Proceed and it gets added to your FITCASH.
