Terms
1.This is a Tattva Spa Gift Voucher (GV)/e-Pay and will be accepted on the website at https://tattvaspa.com/
2. The person with the GV/GC is deemed the beneficiary.
3. Multiple GVs can be combined and added to the e-Pay balance.
4. The GV/e-Pay cannot be clubbed with ongoing deals and discounts.
5. Vouchers/ePay valid only on spa therapies. Not applicable to memberships, gift vouchers, or deals/experiences
6. Once the GV is converted into e-Pay, it can be used as per the convenience of the holder.
7. The Tattva Spa e-Pay balance must be linked to the registered mobile number.
8. GV/e-Pay cannot be revalidated once it has expired and cannot be canceled under any circumstances.
9. Tattva Spa/GyFTR is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen GV/e-Pay.
10. GV/e-Pay is non-refundable, may not be exchanged, transferred, or resold, and may not be redeemed for cash.
11. Tattva Spa makes full efforts to accept GV/e-Pay but on account of any technical/administrative reasons may refuse to accept the same.
12. Any dispute should be referred to the company from where the GV/GC has been received, the decision of the company shall be final.
13. For any queries/issues related to GV/GC, raise a request at www.gvhelpdesk.com.
