1. This is a Philips GV (Gift Voucher)/e-Pay that will be accepted on the Philips website at https://www.domesticappliances.philips.co.in/. It cannot be cancelled/blocked once issued under any circumstances.
2. The person who has the GV/e-Pay is deemed to be the beneficiary.
3. The GV/e-Pay will not be applicable to be used over and above any discounts offered by the brand on the website.
4. The GV/e-Pay can be used for all purchases of products and services at the Philips website.
5. The GV/e-Pay can be converted into e-Pay as per the holder's convenience.
6. The GV/e-Pay balance cannot be transferred to another e-Pay account, exchanged for cash, or converted into any other form of currency.
7. The e-Pay balance must be linked to the registered mobile number.
8. After conversion into e-Pay balance, this GV is valid for partial redemption. The balance would remain in the e-Pay balance and can be used for multiple transactions within the validity period.
9. Only valid GV/e-Pay at the sole discretion of Philips shall be accepted for redemption.
10. The GV/e-Pay CANNOT be revalidated once expired or cancelled under any circumstances.
11. Philips/GyFTR is not responsible if the GV/e-Pay is lost, stolen, or used without permission.
12. If GV/e-Pay gets blocked on account of a technical issue, it will be enabled in 72 hours.
13. Any dispute should be referred to the company from which the GV/e-Pay has been received, and the company's decision shall be final.
14. Philips/GyFTR reserves the right to withdraw, modify, cancel, or change the offer at any point without prior notice and at its sole discretion.
15. Philips, GyFTR, or its affiliates shall not be responsible if the beneficiary shares the GV/GC number, pin, or account credentials, resulting in unauthorized use of the GV/e-Pay balance.

Important Instructions

• Gift Vouchers/e-Pay CAN only be used on the Philips Domestic Appliances website.

• Gift Voucher CAN be used multiple times once converted to e-Pay balance.
• Multiple Gift Vouchers CAN be combined & added to e-Pay balance.

Redeem Steps

1. Visit the website. Add items to your cart.
2. Proceed to checkout.
3. Enter your GyFTR e-Pay/GV code to add it and check the balance, then enter the amount you want to redeem and proceed.
