How do I redeem this voucher?
- Go to www.estele.co. Select the product to purchase and click add to cart
- Add if any discount code note: This is discount not gift coupon code.Fill in Address details and phone number
- Add the Gift card codes as many as 5 can be used and if any balance payment is needed use Razorpay to pay the balance. (Note: The gift cards retain unspent value for a period of 1 year, i.e if you use 700 out of a 1000 INR Gift card you retain 300 INR for next order)
What should I know before using it?
- Gift Vouchers CAN only be used on the Estele website
- Gift Vouchers CANNOT be used offline.
- Gift Vouchers CAN be used to buy discounted products.

Terms
1. This is an Estele GV (Gift Voucher)/GC (Gift Card) and is valid only at the Estele e-commerce portal www.estele.co.
2. The holder of the GV/GC is deemed to be the beneficiary.
3. The GV/GC can be clubbed with existing promotions on the website.
4. The GV/GC is not a legal tender or replacement for a debit/credit card.
5. The GV/GC cannot be exchanged for cash or cheque.
6. The GV/GC cannot be redeemed at offline retail outlets, any other multi brand or departmental stores or any other marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Paytm etc. for purchase of Estele products.
7. Maximum of five GV/GCs can be redeemed against a single invoice.
8. The GV/GC CANNOT be revalidated once expired or canceled under any circumstances.
9. GV/GCs are non-refundable, may not be exchanged, transferred, or resold, and may not be redeemed for cash.
10. Estele/GyFTR is not responsible if the GV/GC is lost, stolen, or used without permission. No replacement or compensation is permissible for lost, mutilated, or defaced GV/GC.
11. Any dispute or redemption issues should be referred to Estele customer support at info@estele.co and the decision of the company shall be final.
12. All disputes must be referred to Hyderabad jurisdiction only.
13. GV/GCs are normally delivered instantly. However, due to system issues, the delivery can be delayed up to 24 hours.
14. For any queries/issues related to GV/GC, raise a request at www.gvhelpdesk.com.
