- Visit www.giva.co or use the GIVA app, choose your items, and head to checkout.
- Enter your shipping details, input your 16-digit Gift Card Number and 6-digit PIN in the "Apply Gift Cards" section, and finalize your payment for any remaining balance.
- Use the outlet locator to find the nearest store accepting the voucher, select your product, and share your Gift Voucher with the cashier at checkout. Pay any remaining balance with cash or card if needed.
What should I know before using it?
- Gift Vouchers are ACCEPTED at Listed Outlets, on the GIVA app, and on the GIVA website.
- Gift Vouchers CAN only be used to buy Studded Silver Jewellery.
- Gift Vouchers CANNOT be used to buy Gold Jewellery, Gold-Diamond Jewellery, Silver-Diamond Jewellery, Coins, Idols, or Utensils.
- Gift Vouchers CAN be used to buy discounted products.

- Up to 10 Gift Vouchers CAN be used in one bill.

1. The GV/GC is applicable on Studded Silver Silver jewellery at GIVA Jewellery's listed outlets & website at https://www.giva.co/collections/bestsellers and App
2. Not applicable on Silver Chains, Silver Anklets, Silver Toe Rings, Gold Jewellery, Gold-Diamond and Silver-Diamond Jewellery, Silver & Gold Coins, Idols, and Utensils.
3. Order placed using these vouchers cannot be modified
4. Valid only in India
5. This is a GIVA Insta Gift Voucher (GV) / Gift Card (GC) and would be accepted on listed outlets
6. The person who has the GIVA GV / GC Code is deemed to be the beneficiary.
7. Maximum of 10 GV/ GC can be used in one transaction.
8. Minimum amount of INR 1 to be redeemed per transaction
9. This GV can be used multiple times.
10. No Credit note / Refund for the unused amount of the GV / GC will be given.
11. GIVA GV / GC CANNOT be revalidated once expired.
