1. This is a GIVA GV/GC (Gift Voucher/Gift Card), and it is applicable only on Silver Coin at the listed outlets, GIVA app, and on the website at https://www.giva.co/collections/bestsellers.
2. The person who has the GV/GC is deemed to be the beneficiary.
3. The GV/e-Pay is not applicable on Gold Jewellery and Gold Coins.
4. Orders placed using the GV/GC cannot be modified. 
5. The GV/GC is valid only in India.
6. A maximum of 10 GV/GC can be used in one transaction.
7.This is a one-time use GV/GC. And no credit note or refund for the unused amount of the GV/GC will be given.
8. The GV/GC CANNOT be revalidated once expired.
9. The GV/GC can be used during sales.
10. Any dispute related to the GV/GC should be referred to the issuing company, and the decision of the issuing company shall be final.
11. If GV/GC  gets blocked on account of technical issues, it will be enabled in 72 hours.

Redeem Steps

1. Visit www.giva.co or use the GIVA app, choose your items, and head to checkout.
2. Enter your shipping details, input your 16-digit Gift Card Number and 6-digit PIN in the "Apply Gift Cards" section, and finalize your payment for any remaining balance.
3. Use the outlet locator to find the nearest store accepting the voucher, select your product, and share your Gift Voucher with the cashier at checkout. Pay any remaining balance with cash or card if needed.
