1. This is a GRT Gift Voucher (GV) / Gift Card (GC) and would be accepted at all the outlets listed at https://www.grtjewels.com/storelocator
2. GV/GC can be used for the purchase of any products across GRT Jewellery stores in India and should be mandatorily submitted at the billing counter. 
3. GV/GC is redeemable all days of the week
4. GV/GC can be clubbed with the ongoing offers & schemes.
5. Multiple GV/GCs can be combined and redeemed in a single billing transaction.
6. In case there is a balance amount to be paid after GV/GC redemption, the customer must pay the balance amount through one of the available payment modes along with applicable taxes.
7. GRT & GyFTR are not responsible if the GV / GC is lost, stolen, or used without permission.
8. For any return of the product bought using the GV/GC, the exchanges will be given for the value paid by the customer plus the GV/GC value.
9. No credit note/refund for the unused balance amount of the GV/GC will be given.
10. GV/GC cannot be revalidated or reimbursed once expired or lost under any situation.

Redeem Steps

1. Share the registered mobile number with the cashier, once products are scanned for invoicing by the cashier.
2. Cashier to inform the available Gift Voucher and its balance.
3. Customer to confirm the amount to be used for redemption and proceed further for balance payment, if any.
4. Cashier to proceed with invoicing.
