Terms
1. This is a Ketan Diamonds Gold Jewellery GV/GC (Gift Voucher/Gift Card) and will be accepted only online on the mobile application and on the website at www.ketandiamonds.com.
2. The person having the GV/GC is deemed to be the beneficiary.
3. This is a one-time use GV/GC. The remaining balance in the GV/GC will be forfeited once the card is redeemed.
4. GV/GC can only be used to purchase Gold Jewellery.
5. The GV/GC can be clubbed with the existing offers.
6. The GV/GC cannot be revalidated once expired or cancelled under any circumstances.
7. Multiple GV/GC can be used against one bill.
8. The GV/GC is not a legal tender or replacement for a debit/credit card.
9. The GV/GC cannot be redeemed on specific block-out dates which the brand may add or delete at its sole discretion.
10. If a GV/GC gets blocked due to a technical issue, it will be enabled in 72 hours. In case of transaction failure after application, the amount is refunded to the card within 48 hours.
11. Any disputes shall be referred to the issuing company, whose decision is final. Legal disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai.
12. GV/GCs are non-refundable, may not be exchanged, transferred, or resold, and may not be redeemed for cash.
13. Ketan Diamonds Gold Jewellery/GyFTR reserves the right to change, cancel, or update any of the terms and conditions of this offer at any time without prior notice.
14. Ketan Diamonds Gold Jewellery may choose not to honor the offer if there is any suspicion of misuse or abuse of the offer, and we are not required to explain such cases.
15. Ketan Diamonds Gold Jewellery/GyFTR is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen GV/GCs.
