Palmonas

1. This is a Palmonas GV (Gift Voucher)/e-Pay that will be accepted only on the Palmonas website at https://palmonas.com. It cannot be cancelled/blocked once issued under any circumstances.
2. The holder of the GV/e-Pay is deemed to be the beneficiary.
3. The Gift Voucher GV/e-Pay can be used over and above any discounts offered by the brand.
4. The GV/e-Pay can be used for all purchases of products on the Palmonas website.
5. The GV/e-Pay can be converted into e-Pay as per the holder's convenience.
6. The e-Pay balance must be linked to the registered mobile number.
7. After conversion into e-Pay balance, this GV is valid for partial redemption. The balance would remain in the e-Pay balance and can be used for multiple transactions within the validity period.
8. GV/e-Pay balance is non-refundable, may not be exchanged, transferred, or resold, and may not be redeemed for cash or converted into any other form of currency.
9. Only valid GV/e-Pay at the sole discretion of Palmonas/GyFTR shall be accepted for redemption.
10. The GV/e-Pay CANNOT be revalidated once expired or cancelled under any circumstances.
11. GyFTR/Palmonas is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen GV/e-Pay. Palmonas, GyFTR, or its affiliates shall not be responsible if the beneficiary shares the GV/GC number, pin, or account credentials, resulting in unauthorized use of the GV/e-Pay balance.
12. GyFTR/Palmonas India reserves the right to add, alter, amend, and revise the terms and conditions without prior notice, and without assigning any reasons.
13. Palmonas/GyFTR reserves the right to withdraw, modify, cancel, or change the offer at any point without prior notice and at its sole discretion.
14. Palmonas/GyFTR reserves the right to deny accepting any GV/e-Pay if it suspects that there is a duplicity of cards.
15. If GV/e-Pay gets blocked on account of a technical issue, it will be enabled in 72 hours.
16. Any dispute should be referred to the company from which the GV/e-Pay has been received, and the company's decision shall be final.

Important Instructions

• Gift Vouchers/e-Pay CAN only be used on the Palmonas website.
• Gift Vouchers/e-Pay CANNOT be used at Palmonas stores.
• Gift Vouchers/e-Pay CAN be used to buy discounted products.
• Gift Voucher CAN be used multiple times once converted to e-Pay balance.
• Multiple Gift Vouchers CAN be combined & added to e-Pay balance.

Redeem Steps

1. Open the URL https://palmonas.com and select your preferred product and click on “Proceed to Checkout.
2. On the checkout, enter the voucher code and click on Apply.
3. Select the e-Pay Balance to be utilised and click on Apply. The e-Pay amount gets deducted from the total amount.
