1. This is a Foxtale GV (Gift Voucher)/e-Pay that will be accepted on the website at https://foxtale.in/. It cannot be returned/refunded once issued.
2. The user with the GV/e-Pay is deemed the beneficiary.
3. The GV can be converted into e-Pay at the holder's convenience.
4. GV/e-pay balance cannot be transferred to another e-Pay account, exchanged for cash, or converted into any other form of currency.
5. The Foxtale e-Pay balance must be linked to the registered mobile number.
6. After conversion into e-Pay balance, the GV is valid for partial redemption. The balance would remain in the e-pay balance and can be used for multiple transactions within the validity period.
7. Only valid GV/e-Pay at the sole discretion of Foxtale shall be accepted for redemption.
8. The GV/e-Pay CANNOT be revalidated once expired or canceled under any situation.
9. The GV/e-Pay CANNOT be clubbed with ongoing discounts on the Foxtale website.
10. GV/e-Pay can be used for eligible purchases of products and services at the Foxtale website.
11. Foxtale/GyFTR is not responsible if GV/e-Pay is lost, stolen, or used without permission.
12. Foxtale, GyFTR, or its affiliates shall not be responsible if the beneficiary shares the GV
number, pin, or e-Pay account credentials resulting in unauthorized use of the GV/e-Pay balance.
13. GV/e-Pay cannot be redeemed on specific block-out dates. Foxtale reserves the right to add or delete any date at its sole discretion.
14. In case of a technical issue leading to the blockage of GV/e-Pay, it shall be reactivated within 72 hours.
15. Any dispute should be referred to the company from which GV/e-Pay has been received, and the company’s decision shall be final.
16.Foxtale/GyFTR reserves the right to withdraw, modify, cancel, or change the offer at any point without prior notice and at its sole discretion.

2. Login with your mobile no. & select your address
3. You can add vouchers to your e-Pay balance, and your balance will be shown.
