1. This is a Himalaya Wellness GV (Gift Voucher)/e-Pay that will be accepted only at the listed retail stores.
2. The user with the GV/e-Pay is deemed the beneficiary.
3. GV/e-Pay can be clubbed with existing offers.
4. Only one GV can be converted into e-Pay per day/per transaction.
5. After conversion into e-Pay balance, this GV is valid for partial redemption. The balance would remain in the e-pay balance and can be used for multiple transactions within the validity period.
6. The Himalaya Wellness e-Pay balance must be linked to the registered mobile number.
7. The Himalaya Wellness GV/e-Pay can be used for all purchases of products and services at the Himalaya Wellness Retail Stores.
8. GV/e-Pay is non-refundable, may not be exchanged, transferred, or resold, and may not be redeemed for cash.
9. Only valid Himalaya Wellness GV/e-Pay at the sole discretion of Himalaya Wellness shall be accepted for redemption.
10. Himalaya Wellness reserves the right to cancel GV/e-Pay for any misuse or violation of terms.
11. Himalaya Wellness/GyFTR is not responsible if the GV/e-Pay is lost, stolen, or used without permission.
12. In case of a technical issue leading to the blockage of Himalaya Wellness GV/e-Pay, it shall be reactivated within 72 hours.
