1. This is a Nykaa GV/GC (Gift Voucher/Gift Card) which is redeemable on the online ecommerce platforms and listed stores of Nykaa group entities, to include Nykaa.com, NykaaMan.com, NykaaFashion.com, and used at Nykaa Retail stores (Lux and On Trend formats)
2. The holder of the GV/GC is deemed to be the beneficiary.
3. This GV/GC cannot be used to purchase other gift cards
4. The GV/GC can be clubbed with existing offers, promotional codes, and with other payment options.
5. You can redeem only 1 GV/GC per order. To redeem multiple GV/GCs, please add the GV/GC to the Nykaa Wallet.
6. The GV/GC is not valid for partial redemption. However, once the GV/GC is added to the Nykaa Wallet balance, the balance can be used partially.
7. GV/GCs are non-refundable, may not be exchanged, transferred, cancelled, or resold, and may not be redeemed for cash.
8. GyFTR/Nykaa is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen GV/GCs.
9. GyFTR/Nykaa reserves the right to add, alter, amend, and revise the terms and conditions without prior notice, and without assigning any reasons.
10. Any dispute related to the GV/GC should be referred to the issuing company, and the decision of the issuing company shall be final.
11. Nykaa reserves the right to cancel the GV/GC if the same have been found to be purchased with fraudulent means and/or the beneficiary/Know Your Customer ("KYC") details as per RBI Guidelines are found to be incorrect/insufficient. In such cases, the funds shall be credited back to the same source from where these were received from. You agree to provide truthful and accurate information during the purchase of GV/GCs. Nykaa may call for further information and documents from you in compliance to know Your Customer and Anti Money Laundering guidelines issued by RBI from time to time. In the event the information provided by you, end beneficiary/Know Your Customer(KYC) details are found to be incorrect/ insufficient, Nykaa retains the right to cancel or block the GV/GCs issued.
12. You agree and understand that GV/GCs are a prepaid payment Instrument subjected to regulations by RBI Under the RBI guidelines, Nykaa may be required to share KYC details of the purchaser/ redeemer of the GV/GC and/or any other information with relation to the purchase of the GV/GC and/or transaction undertaken using the GV/GC with RBI or such statutory authorities. Nykaa may contact the purchaser/redeemer of the GV/GC for any such information.
13. If the order value exceeds the GV/GC amount, the balance must be paid by another payment option.
14. Nykaa does not warrant that the services and products provided to you pursuant to this Agreement will be free of interruptions, errors, bugs, viruses or security problems.
15. Nykaa E-Retail Pvt. Ltd. does not make any warranties, express or implied, with respect to GV/GCs, including, without limitation, any express or implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In the event a GV/GC is non-functional, your sole remedy will be the issuance of another GV/GC for the value remaining in the non-functional card.
16. Nykaa Gift Cards/E Gift Cards/Nykaa Wallet Balance cannot be used to purchase Gold/Silver Coins, Gold/Silver Bars, and Jewellery.
17. Nykaa reserves the right to deny accepting any GV/GC if it suspects that there is a duplicity of cards.
18. Nykaa will have the right to cancel the GV/GC obtained fraudulently, and the funds have to be credited back to the same source from where these were received.

• Gift Vouchers are ACCEPTED at Listed Nykaa Outlets.
• Gift Vouchers CAN be used on Nykaa.com, NykaaMan.com, and NykaaFashion.com.
• Gift Vouchers CAN be used to buy discounted products.
• Gift Vouchers CANNOT be used to buy Gold & Silver coins, bars, and Jewellery.
• Multiple Gift Vouchers CAN be added to the Nykaa Wallet.
• Gift Voucher CAN be used multiple times once added to the Nykaa Wallet.

Redeem Steps

1. Go to Nykaa.com and select the items you want to purchase.
2. Once you reach our payment page, select the "Gift Card" payment option. Enter your 16-digit Card Code and the corresponding Card PIN and click on apply. The Gift Card amount will be deducted from the payable amount.
3. To use multiple gift cards add them in your wallet.
4. Go to any Nykaa retail store and select the items you want to purchase.
5. Share the 16-digit card code and the corresponding card PIN with the cashier while making the payment. If the order value is less than the e-Gift Card amount, e-Gift Card won't be applied to the order.
