Terms
1. This is The Man Company GV (Gift Voucher)/e-Pay that will be accepted on the mobile app and on the website at themancompany.com.
2. The person who has the GV/e-Pay is deemed to be the beneficiary.
3. The GV/e-Pay can be clubbed with the existing offers.
4. The GV/e-Pay can be used for all purchases of products and services at The Man Company website.
5. The GV can be converted into e-Pay as per the holder's convenience.
6. The GV/e-Pay balance cannot be transferred to another e-Pay account, exchanged for cash, or converted into any other form of currency.
7. The e-Pay balance must be linked to the registered mobile number.
8. After conversion into e-Pay balance, this GV is valid for partial redemption. The balance would remain in the e-Pay balance and can be used for multiple transactions within the validity period.
9. Only valid GV/e-Pay at the sole discretion of The Man Company shall be accepted for redemption.
10. The Man Company reserves the right to deny accepting GV/e-Pay if it suspects duplicity.
11. The GV/e-Pay cannot be redeemed on specific block-out dates as may be intimated/updated by The Man Company on its website from time to time. The Man Company may add or delete any date(s)/period(s) on its sole discretion without any liability.
12. Any dispute related to the GV/e-Pay should be referred to the issuing company, and the decision of the issuing company shall be final. In case of any legal disputes, the courts at Mumbai shall have the exclusive jurisdiction.
13. In no event shall the liability of The Man Company for any claims shall exceed the value of the GV/e-Pay in dispute.
14. The GV/e-Pay CANNOT be revalidated once expired or canceled under any situation.
15. The Man Company/GyFTR is not responsible if the GV/e-Pay is lost, stolen, or used without permission.
16. If GV/e-Pay gets blocked on account of a technical issue, it will be enabled in 72 hours.
17. Any dispute should be referred to the company from which the GV/e-Pay has been received, and the company's decision shall be final.
18. The Man Company/GyFTR reserves the right to withdraw, modify, cancel, or change the offer at any point without prior notice and at its sole discretion.
